Portfolio Management Software
This program is currently under development, so it is a beta type program. I am looking for professional investment advisors that would be willing to test it out. It currently is working with Waterhouse Institutional Services, Ameritrade Advisor Services, and Fidelity Investment's Advisor Source.
When it is fully debugged, there will be a user fee of $150-350 per year. If you would like to beta test it, the first 15 will be free for the first year, other beta testers will be $50 for one year license.
I am working on the documentation, and will email it to beta testers as it is completed.
Current version allows:

Below is a program that will help to cut your mortgage expenses. This program is most useful to people that can not itemize deductions, since mortgage interest is not saving them any money at that time.
