administrator has chosen a wide variety of investment choices for your 401k
and monitors them continuously.
If one of the available funds
should fail to meet stringent standards, it is dropped from the recommended
list and a replacement fund is made available to the employees.
The employer may choose from
approximately 45 different funds when setting up the plan. The choices are
narrowed down to a total of 10-12 from which the employees may create
portfolios .
